Shipping Policy
we currently only do Uk mainland shipping.

our packages are shipped with couriers and will send us a notification when delivered.
If you need to change your delivery address after an order please get in contact. although once the package is out for delivery, this can't be changed.

If you're package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please get in contact with us so we can remedy this with our couriers.
If your package is lost in transit we will replace this and get it sent out to you as soon as we can or if you choose we can refund you or give you store credit.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy is quite simple. if you've changed your mind on a product once it has been delivered, as long as it has not been used, it can be returned. you can simply post it back to our shop and you will be refunded once the product has been received and checked.
Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed and sent into your bank account.
Alternatively you can choose to have store credit added to your account.

If it is determined that your product has been used before being sent back, due to the nature of art materials we would not be able to resell that product so at that time you would not receive a refund and could choose to have the product sent back to you.
